We at the Western Michigan Camaro Club are very proud to once again be hosting the 7th Annual Berger All Chevy Show!

THE SHOW HAS CHANGED DATES THIS YEAR! You guys have been asking for years that we change our date as it conflicts with the SCR. Beginning this year the show will be held the weekend BEFORE Labor Day to coinside with the Grand Rapids 28th Street Metro Cruise. The cruise was a HUGE success last year and we are sure it will be bigger and better this year http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
The Berger All Chevy Show will be Saturday Aug 26th from 9am-2pm. Then be sure and stick around for the 2nd Annual 28th Street Metro Cruise.
Please come on out and show your support for the "Last of the Supercar Dealers"!!! See Ya There http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Ray, thanks for the invite. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Since they were kind enough to switch dates, and Berger is one of our sponsors, I think it would be nice to see a large contingent of sYc members there.

The Metro Cruise was a huge success last year.I'm trying to talk the wife and daughters to come back from Cadillac for the show and cruise.I also wanted to go to the Berger show as I have never made it to thier show.I told the family that we could leave early sat. morning to come back to do both the show and cruise but they weren't very receptive to that idea.I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If you've never been you wont be disappointed at the show and cruise.

I didn't go to Cadilliac so I will be at the show.Pictures will be taken. It might take a while to get them uploaded so be gentle on me.Any requests for any types of pictures?I will check this in the morning before I go to the show. Will probably come back to take the Nova in the afternoon as the cruise starts at 4:00.

The Berger show was a very big success. My wife and I talked to Mr.Clary what a nice guy.Tried to get over to see Kwizz, but he had to go move the truck&trailer before the Hummer dealer across the street dropped a Hummer on it with people doing test drives on a test hill.Helen Gibb was sitting by her Nova talking with anyone who had a question.Hugger69COPO's Camaro was right behind the Gibb car.A very nice http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/drool.gif1970 Chevelle conv. triple black with 45 options on it originally Berger sold it.What a knock out car.

The local paper claims more than 8,000 vehicles and an estimated 185,000 people. If it was ever made I think it was there.

Now the bad news.I was able to take only a handful of pictures. The camera ran out of batteries and the other set was at home in the charging holder.Sorry http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif Both sets will be charged for this weekend http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif.As we were watching the cars roll by this is what started to happen http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif

All in all what a great time. The West Michigan Camaro Club, and Berger Chevrolet put on a whopper of a show. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gifDale Berger was out talking with people and cruising the lot looking at cars and making sure thing were going smooth.

Two things wrong with my last post.
1st The black Chevelle had red interior not black.
2nd Matt Berger is who I saw not Dale.

THANKS! It is a real pleasure for us to work with a class act like the Berger's. It was a great show, we all had an awesome time, and the burnouts during the 28th street cruise were http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif
We went back to Berger on Sunday and shot this pic. You can still see just a few black marks in the parking lot LOL. But that is nothing compared to what 28th street looks like http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif
Matt and Dale were both out cruising the parking lot most of the day and it was a pleasure to meet Tom as well, thanks for coming.
