Dug from the deep, dark archives of BWAG's shoebox of original pics, here's what Darren would call the DAY 1 pic(I love ya dude!) of 'Ol Yeller. Now, check the invoice on the window! Wish I got those wheels! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Thats an awesome pic. Thats the "Norwood Team" paper tag on the windshield. Looks like 15" Wide Tread GT's on torq thrusts.

Good catch on the radio delete. All SS's receive a black grill except black rs/ss's they received a silver grill.

Here's one I can't recall if I posted....THIS....is the photo that made me drive to Ohio buy it in 1984 when the owner ran the ad in Hemmings. My bride Debbie thought $9500. was alot of money to spend on a car that, at the time was 15 years old.
No sooner then when the SOLD gavel went down on the Briggs Chevelle at this years BJ Auction, my cell rang. It was her tellin me what a great investment "WE" made 22 years ago! Wifes...You gotta love em, huh? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif
(me & Mark L.,70-SS_RS-L78 were there looking for Bruce)
Tell me if I'm boring you with these pics....I'll stop! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

That sounds like my dad... he said that the first time my mom went with him to Hershey Penn for the swap meet in October about 1974 she was saying your junk this ...your junk that... then he sold about $500 worth and it was suddenly "OUR STUFF". Your junk became our stuff when it had monetary value... Go figure http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif

Jeff,
Do you by chance know the build date of this particular car?
Picture shows Dec 68, so I'm assuming an early build date.
Steve
The wheels were borrowed off the dealers Corvette demo, notice the curved spoke disc brake clearance. He wasn't too happy the next day when he saw the rubber buildup on the rear quarters. The snow that fell that night forced us to put the car away early.Yep it ran in snow on its maiden voyage!!

Jeff http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif
Most of the options are standard SS parts. We ordered the Yellow car over lunch in October, the dealer ,myself ,my brother who was the body shop manager and two techs who also raced put the car together in an hour . A 4.56 hd posi was one of the options.
