Hi,I went to the supercar reunion Saturday afternoon.My son and I drove about 75 miles to get there.Im glad I lived so close to such an event.Everyone should have seen all those cars in one place,it is awesome.There were lots of beautiful exotic cars inside.There were very beautiful cars outside.(a yellow 69 x ram z/28 especially tripped me).
There were 2 cars on the list of attendees that I really wanted to see, even before all the big block Camaros, (I went a couple of years ago and saw most of them already).I really wanted to see the 69 T/A convertible,and most of all I wanted to see the JL8 X-ram camaro.I assume Z/28.
I got to see the T/A but the JL8 car wasnt there.I kind of asked a few people and one seemed to think the owner,Mr Bimbi, sold the car.I am restoring an original from the factory JL8 and wanted to wear my camera out on it.My car is almost done,but I wanted to catch some detail stuff.Did it leave early,or was it not there?
Im not complaining,I was just a little bummed.Im a Z freak.
