Just pulled an original 1111499
Dated 9D28. Very clean & authentic.
Not restamps - guarenteed.
Also have 111170 6G28, 111445 7K19, 1111169 - many dates,
1111480, 1111489 - many dates, 1111488 9C4.
Just clearing out some space.
Offering them here first before going to ebay.
I will accept reasonable offers - not looking to make a killing.
My good camera is still in for service, will add pictures soon.

Hello, what is the price on the 499 and the 480. Thanks, Larry.

I don't know what to ask. I am sorry.
I just don't know what these parts are worth anymore.
The price has gone beyond comprehension as far as I am concerned.
Just PM with an offer.
I am not looking for top dollar,
however I am not going to give them away either.
Now, I wanted them to go to a member, but I don't want to break the classified rules either.
So, if the moderators think this is bad,
I will just take them over to eBay.
i have a Ton of stuff to move out this year.

The distributors are all very nice.
The 1111480 is dated 8L7.
The 480 is the only one that has been restored.
It is beautiful. Never got around to installing it.
The others are in "as pulled" condition -
Very clean and crisp numbers, spin freely, no damage ever
Pulled from running, but crashed cars over the years.
None will need much, except a good cleaning.
I will have very detailed pictures next week.
as soon as I get my camera back.

Hello, I thought all parts for sale had to have a price? I'm interested in the 480. Thanks, Larry.

480 is sold also.
The others are not as rare.
Thanks for the offers.
I am glad these went to sYc members. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/youguysrock.gif

So classifieds no longer need prices and can just be listed as best offer?

No...As far as I know stuff is supposed to be priced.

I won't do that again. I promise.
I thought it would be nice to keep these affordable,
and to get them to the members here.
I am positive I would have sold them for more on eBay.
In fact I got higher offers even after I said they were sold.
A deal is a deal. Everyone is happy.
I was trying to be nice.
These guys are getting good deals, with an iron-clad guarantee.
I will just go straight to auction next time.
I don't want to start any trouble.
This was a pleasant experience for me, but I can see how it could be mis-used.
Sorry.
I guess I could list on eBay, but end early for sYc members??
Yes...that is what I will do next time.

"I thought it would be nice to keep these affordable,
and to get them to the members here"
I don't see any reason why you couldn't do that with a price listed.

Point taken.
I am just out of touch with the values on this stuff. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
Spent all my time finding it, and never any time watching to see what it is now worth.
For the last 14 years, I have been stashing stuff, just so it wouldn't get crushed.

So PaceCarJeff,
After so many exchanges and apologies why don't you post asking prices for the rest?
Nothing personal, it just seems to me that more and more folks are playing fast and loose with the policy. If it's not really a policy, then let's take down the posts that say you have to have a price.
jmho,
-Sam
(by the way, I have no personal interest and I am NOT looking for a distributor)

If you want to find out what something is worth just ask in the general discussion area and when you figure it out, list it with a price in the for sale area.

You are right - that policy is a good one
Ok -
I would like:
$75 for the 1111489's lots of dates
$100 for the 1111169's lots of dates
$200 for the 1111488 - only that 1 available
the others are not for sale until i do an inventory.
I have over 50 distributors, going to organize them first.

Sorry, it was out of desperation.
My good camera is broken. Can't take any close-ups for eBay
My wife is complaining about all the junk again....
The other day she scraped her leg on an old convertible top frame. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif
It was time to go into my stash, and sell a big dollar item or two -
just to the keep her quiet again for a bit.
Will never list without a price again. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif

Has a precedent been set. Can you now list parts for sale without a price.
