I am looking for a nice '70 Z and saw this advert on eBay. Anyone know this car?? An input?? Seems too cheap to me...
The ad # is 110039281465
Maybe someone could post a direct link for me, I don't know how.
Thanks,
Russ..

www.nastyz28.com (http://www.nastyz28.com) should be able to tell you if the guys here don't nail it down.
bumperettes look good, rear end looks good with the sway bar. tag looks good with the correct stampings. The manifolds aren't right and some other items under the hood but it very well could be legit. I don't know enough to make the judgement call.

It looked to be a nice car, and the selling price was reasonable. I would have had to see the car to make a better judgement call although. I have looked at many cars in person that didn't live up to the picturs I saw of them beforehand. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Not a Z, but you couldn't ask for more documentation.
On sale now:

The car in question on ebay haas changed hands at least 4 times in the last 6 months. There are quite a few little things wrong. 73 seatbelt dash, black custom seats with a 711 trim code (black standard), wrong non-smog exhaust manifolds, wrong master cylinder, etc..
All things aside, someone got a nice car for the money.

Thanks for the input! Greg, have you sold your 396 yet?? That is a sweet car I wish I could afford right now.
Dan's L-65 is a super nice car also!! I may have to condider it if I can't find an affordable Z !

Thanks Russ. I took my SS-396 out to Carlisle on Saturday, and got a few promising sales leads on the car. Hopefully, I will be able to close a deal within the next week. I don't coun't on anything though, until I have cash in hand.
I also like Dan's 70 very much... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
