Last weekend, I had the pleasure to drive Floyd Garrett's ZO6 on I-40 returning from the Corvette Expo held in Knoxville, TN. The clock showed 116 miles when I crawled in and 146 when I parked it. On the highway, in 5th gear (Overdrive) at 60 MPH, I gave it half throttle. It immediately went to 110 MPH and begged for more! Didn't want to flog it 'cause its still a virgin so I backed off.

Although we all enjoy our early/late model Muscle Cars whatever the brand, GM has built a Very Respectable Plastic Car that is heads above many of the high $$ imports. The Sticker Price shows $74,840 with all available options.

Enjoy your Cars.......

Craig, We also have a 2007 "Z06" it Only has 448 miles on it and Unfortunately I really haven't driven it too much (my Wife Drives it http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif ) The ease of the Power is Amazing and it is really an eye catcher!! I also feel that for the Price you can't go wrong. Glad you got the chance to drive one.

Very true Mark. The smooth transition from idle to any throttle position is remarkable. The OEM shifter is solid and right on the money. Frankly, I thought the 18" front tires and the 19" rear tires were overkill until I rolled it back and forth a tad. No doubt, the tires and suspension work very well together. An eye catcher in every sense of the word.

Enjoy your Vette Mark...

The 07 Zo6 Corvettes are just incredible cars. Chevrolet did a great job with them.
