The car for sale is a 70, casting date on the block is D270,why the block vin# has 12 is besides me.

Hello, what is the suffix numbers on the pad its hard to read with the glare? Thanks, Larry.

The suffix is V0428CTB, and the correct Vin# has been found by the oil filter.The previous owner must of wanted the vin# stamped behind alternater,that is all I can fiqure.
