1972 Nova SS: This car is a Real Super Sport and very original. Its Pewter Silver on black, with a black vinyl roof. Retains its Original L-48 Motor, Trans and Rear.

Mechanical - The motor is original and still has its original A.I.R. smog system. The engine pad is undoubtedly the original. It has never been decked or re-stamped. The transmission is believed to be original. The rear end is the original 10 bolt posi with a 3:42 diff.

Interior - The interior is the standard interior option. The only work that has been done to the interior that I know of is some minor re-upholstery work on both the front and rear bench seat, and the headrest were re-coverd. The dash pad was replaced before I purchased the car, I do have the original dash pad which goes with the sale of the car.

Exterior - Before I purchased the nova it was cosmetically restored. It was repainted the original color Pewter Silver (paint code 14). The only rust I see on the car is on the passenger side fender there is a few small bubbles, and on the lip of the hood there is some bubbling and paint cracks. The paint on this car is an 7 or 8 out of 10. The wheels are correctly dated 14x7 "CL" stamped wheels. They were professionally restored and painted with base/clear to match the rest of the car.

Documentation: This car is heavily documented with the original Build Sheet, Tank Sticker (still on the tank), tons of invoices, the original title, full owner history, the original license plates, and license plate frames. The car also has its original ignition key, an original owners manual, and a few brochures regarding the options on this car.

The car runs and drives great.

$24,500 obo

Thank You,

-Dave

The car is 100% legit, with A+ Docs. I have gotten so little interest in the car I am shocked.

I think the only thing stopping buyers is the minor rust and the associated cost or repair and repaint. If it didn't have that issue, I bet it would have sold quite quickly.
