<font color="blue"> Can anyone tell me what the Endura bumper was featured on in '69?
I had a customer tell me he's got a '69 with a 327 automatic & endura bumpers.
The car is supposed to be original with minimal rust & 2 owner. (also for sale)

"Endura" was the trade name for a new material developed for automotive applications. Pontiac used the material for the '68 GTO front bumper and employed the trade name in its marketing.
Chevrolet never used the trade name.
The optional VE3 bumper was referred to as "color-matched" in the US showroom brochure, "Astro" in the Canadian showroom brochure. Factory documentation listed it as "Special Front Bumper".

William,
I never knew that the Camaro didn't use the Endura namesake.
I guess it's kinda like the ZL/2 option became the cowl hood for
1969 huh?

...and there's the NK1 Cushioned-Rim wheel.
We seem to have our own name for things and that's ok as long as we are aware of what is correct.
