The engine in the L72 Impala is exactly the same engine that would have been installed in a '66 L72 Corvette since your car has transistor ignition. Every time I see that car, I gawk at the stamping on the pad. A beautiful example.
You forgot to mention the original Knock Off wheels on the fuelie (that I've never driven).

Ed, the '67 Ferrari is a Series II 330 GT 2+2. It's a 3.3 liter V-12 rated at 300 hp and a 5 speed manual trans. They made about 500 of this model. It sounds, great and is pretty quick. This example is a California car with great paint, leather interior and rare options of Power Steering and A/C.

PaulD can you share a couple of pictures of the 365 GTB/4 that you have? Serial number in the 16,XXX or 17,XXX range? Dark Red; anything like 'Rosso Rubino' color? Finally, two holes or NO holes in the 3 spoke wheel?? Looks like GTB/4 prices are finally moving up again! Thanks

Charles, the SN is in the mid 16,XXX. I believe the dark red color is called rosso barchetta. Yes, they've become a little more "wanted" in the last few years.

Hears and engine pic.

Paul thank you for the pictures! It looks like a great example. The 'Daytona Registry' could be a good place to mention your Ferrari is available...

-------Heard thru the grapevine that the 66 396/375 Aztec Bronze Chevelle is moving from Austin to Dallas as it has become part of Chris Piscatelos collection. Those of you who went to Chevy/Vettefest saw Chris's 67 black Z28 there on display. I have seen more pics of this Chevelle and it is amazingly original and well kept.........Bill S

Yes, we all had a celebration dinner on Friday evening in honor of the sale. Thank you, again, Paul for treating at Eddie V's. What a great restaurant. Chris did not accept my offer of free delivery of the Chevelle to the his garage in Fort Worth. What's 200 more miles on a 13,000 Chevelle?

Hi Bill,
Yes, the Grand Prix is the same level of quality as the Chevelle, just a few more miles. It's factory (PHS docs)tri-power, 4 speed, 8-lugs, red/red with 20k miles. The engine is totally original right down to the vacuum tri-power. I also have the big round tri-power air cleaner. Dana Mecum told me he may know where the original tires are. Here's an interior shot.

Hello,
I was referred to this thread becuase you have several cars for sale. The one in particular that I am interested in is your Daytona. Is this car still for sale? Someone from Ferrarichat had posted a few pictures of your Daytona that is supposed to be for sale. I am helping someone in their search for a Daytona and they saw your pictures and are very interested. Can you please contact me with your contact info so that I can put him in touch with you to discuss the Daytona. He is a serious buyer and this would be greatly appreciated. I am not expecting anything out of this, just trying to help someone find a nice car that they are looking for.
Thanks!
tom
