Recognize This Interior Trim Panel? GM A-body Conv

Anyone recognize what make/model/year this rear interior trim panel is for? 5 yrs ago I bought a complete Parchment interior kit for a 69 Chevelle convert I owned at the time. Sold the car before it ever got used, so I had never really paid much attention to the contents. Now I am using it, and the seat covers and front door panels are correct for a 69 Chevelle, but these rear panels are not. They got packaged incorrectly at the PUI factory.
