Have you done a search on this site? I think it's been covered a few times.

69 What? It is a pretty generic question first of all.....If your talking about Yenkos try a 977...Any dealer or speed shop could put anything in a 69....

Mike, Most of the time you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Don't think anybody here thinks they are Einsteins. Just here to help if we can. Merry Christmas to you too. Sam http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Mike: if you're talking about an aftermarket tach, then it could've been any number of makes/models...if you are certain it was a S/W tach, I believe even they had more than one model...are there holes on the firewall [or somewhere else] for a tach monitor?

Most tachs were installed ny owners. Try a SW 970 greenline pedestal tach.

Mike: do you have paperwork or an owner's account of which brand of tach we're looking for, or are you guessing at S/W by the holes?

If you could get a picture, or even a measurement of the holes, I bet camaro joe could pinpoint the model by rummaging through his collection...

Your the man,I have A old snap shot of the camaro, and I see it on the dash, I take it, it is A pedestal mount I would think???and the tac does not taper down in back, it's the same from front to back in size I'd say it's close to 4in.maybe alittle smaller, the wholes are excactly 1.3/4 apart, it left a impression on the dash, solidly from whole to whole, Any help appreciated Thanks Happy Holidays Mike (I'am probably not helping much?) http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif
