I have been looking for a LS6 throttle bracket.According to the research that was posted by P.J. awhile back the L78 bracket had the short mounting tab.The one on ebay has the short tab however the numbers appear to be stamped in the opposite direction compared to the one P.J. posted a picture of.Here's the ebay one

Is this one a original? and is it an LS6 or L78 bracket?

thanks

This throddle 619 is suspicious looking to me.
not because of the stamping but because of the way the clearance holes on the L78 bracket.Maybe a good pick will clear that up.The locking tab apears to be broken??
The upside down stamp is ok,as when he die was sharpened
the stamp part of the die was placed upside down as there
were no dowels to locate the punch in the die.Take a close look at the l78 bracket displaid in the previous article and then compare it.Also why are there no bolt markings on the bracket?? If it is real l78 bracket it will go for big big bucks just ask me!

This bracket if it is real it is a l78 bracket. The ls6 bracket is physicaly different. I have found 15 orig cars
and the brackets are different for a l78.
