AHH MAN! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gifLandy was one of my favorites. What a shame. "Dandy Dick Landy" http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif Way to young! I have a great Chrysler promo tape about him from 1970. Great footage with him in the car and so forth. My weekend is ruined.

That is bad news....I always thought of Dandy and Dodge as a class act...Another legend to the 1320 in the sky...Sad to see it's shaping up to be quite a match race up there......Hope someone tapes it for me... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif

A sad day indeed!!!http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif.

Him and Sox are runnin' together again...layin' rubber down that gold paved track tonight! .

It's kind've strange but I found this footage just yesterday but didn't post it...somehow it's more fitting now? .

They're really great, both clips...I'm sure we'll all watch them over & over and find lotsa' great stuff...but for today, here's Dandy...cigar and all! .

thanks for posting these video's. Dick Landy made a commerical back in 1969 it had him and Mike in it drag testing a 440 six pack Super Bee. It is what prompted me to buy the one I had. I wish I could see it again. Like everyone has said Dick Landy was a true pioneer and will be missed. I can see Him And Ronnie burning through the rosin right now!
