Nice start, but could use more differentiation from the standard Camaro concept.

Too retro; not very original. I think the design would have evolved to another look; a more modern look, over the years.

I also think it's a good start. Could use some 427 badging.

Exactly!
GM was adamant in redesigning a new Camaro and not issuing a "retro" concept like Ford did with the GT. While some of the cues are evident in both the '69 and '08 models, they're really two totally different cars. I think the stripes look too vintage for a new car. I would like to see something modern. Try different fonts for the lettering or even a different side and hood graphic shape.

I agree with others. Too much like the '69 version.
It has to be better - now.....
This might be a good time for GM to try the Mopar Cuda
type fader stripes down the side of the car. An example
of this would be what the late, great Larry Shinoda came
up with for the Boss Shinoda graphics.

Unless Don Yenko is going to modify these Camaros, I do not think they should have any special YENKO striping/badging on them. (Yes, I know Don passed away several years ago) Without Don, it is not a Yenko Super Car.

I agree. Let the Yenko name rest and be remembered for the great iron he made back in the day.

I am a purist, so this Camaro does nothing for me at all, and the Yenko part for me is tragic..BKH http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif

Yes, Don Yenko is gone and his creations will probably be the model for a new generation - which I'm sure he would be proud of much like Shelby. However the new Camaro will attract a great deal of Muscle car enthusiasts and I'm sure a Chevy dealer somewhere in the good ol USA will jump on the concept of creating another legacy for this generation Camaro -- besides GMMG.

well.... it looks like a paint job designed to pay tribute to a great automotive performance icon.
No disrespect intended to anyone.
I would prefer to have mine a little pointier.
Not really a photoshop guy.

There will be NO MORE YENKO CAMAROS,NICKEY CARS,ORIGINAL MOTION CARS,ORIGINAL MR NORMS CARS! The ONLY reason someone wants to make new cars using these names is for the $$$$.These new cars will never reflect the true image of the original built cars! Some people come together and throw some stripes on a car,do a few performance upgrades, and you can call it whatever you want to but in my book there will be no more like the ones built back when Yenko,Nickey etc built the ORIGINAL SUPERCARS! You can call it a YENKO but Don didn't have crap to do with it!It is just a way for some people to try to capatilize on the name!Just like the NEW Motion and MR Norm's cars coming out! all they are are HIGH PRICED CLONES that someone is looking to make a lot of $$$ off of! Thats my OPINION and I am sticking to it! To me it is just a NEW MODEL CLONE!The only thing about these NEW MODEL CLONES is it is easy to tell it is a CLONE!Because it don't look nothing like an ORIGINAL! So I say they are http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif
