Anyone have a opinion on how high the pair of 67 Z28's at the B-J auction will go for ?
I have not seen one for sale for along time, what is a #1 documented 67 Z worth ? Lots 1249 and 1249.1

I would like to see what they go for, especially the white on white one. They say it's the only one found to date in that color scheme.
This could be the price breakout that us 67 z/28 owners are looking for. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Yes especially now that we know they have $10,000 cranks in them. Oh boy. I will be good now

They belong to a member & I think the main selling point is that they have consecutive numbers & he's trying to sell them as a pair. Off the record, I heard from a 3rd party(not the owner) he's looking for around $400k for both. I saw them before they were shipped & they are very nice. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

There are a few issues that could bring the price on the white car down a bit. The motor is not original to the car, some minor paint problems and , for some reason, the undercarriage has been painted red.

The white one sold for what it was worth and the red one sold a little on the high side...these were not #1 cars! That is the difference between BJ this year and last...last year everything brought big money, this year, only quality cars are bringing the bucks! So yes, the general market has corrected in my opinion, but the best cars are still strong http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Its about time people are getting smarter. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
Never understood the perception of two consecutive body number cars being worth more than two individual cars; this sale proved that it really does not add additional value. Every production car has a sister car...

Sale prices were $137,500 and $110,000. Before fees is BID amount. Actually selling amount includes the buyer penalty ...errr, premium.
