So, are you selling this car?
Is it the #75 car here (http://www.autocourse.ca/photos/saison1970/transam/) ? Cool car.

If the car has been sitting this long and he has had to do research on the cars racing history, my question is: Where are the log books? They will tell the whole story. Yes it would be a great un-molested car to restore and vintage race, but the log books are worth what the cars is.

There is no log book...But I just got off the phone with the guy who drove it from 1971 through 1972...and he wants to buy it back...no need to tell him about the car...Jon Mellow also knows the car...he helped me document it
Hey Chris,
If you found an original ZL1 that had been in storage for 30 years...and you knew it was the real thing...would you walk away from it because there was no build sheet....I wouldn't.

I would back up the truck, and haul %*^!!!!!! But I would use it as a great bargaining chip. I do not blame the former owner wanting it back. I have had 6 Stingers and YS-199 twice. I wanted it back right after I sold it the 1st time. Not happening again.
