Yes, you read that right. After owning it for 20 years I've been thinking about it for a while now. I have other projects (and children) to fund.

The article below pretty much tells the entire story of the car. It is the only one like it ever built. One of one. Period. The only one in the universe (Well, unless you've been to Alpha Centauri where I hear there are a bunch of hemi cars still being produced there, and no I won't give out the address http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Anyway, she has 16,400 miles with 37 years of documentation to back it up. Bulletproof provenance: I have the actual dealer file folder on the car with everything in it from negotiation to delivery, even the work order documenting the installation of a set of headers prior to delivery. Arguably, the most documented hemi car in existance. Heck, I even have the original mechanic who did the dealer prep and warranty work on the car living about 15 miles from me. While he doesn't come with the car he probably is willing to relocate to sunnier climates.

The price is $550,000. You can find HemiCudas all day but you'll never find another one of these. Feel free to PM or email me. Steve [email protected]

Here is the link to the member's rides writeup on the car: http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/showflat...0&fpart=all (http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=rides&Number=82224&page=0 &fpart=all)

i'd sell it too,for half a million bucks.(happy happy joy joy)
when i lived in Winston Salem NC back in the 70's,there was a black 70 http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gifHemi RT/SE Charger down the street with a 383 in it.
owner said the hemi lasted 6 months.

6 months? That's probably a new record for longevity! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Most dealers would not warranty any hemi cars if you bought a four speed. If you got an automatic they'd warranty from the transmission back but not the engine. Back then there wasn't a whole lot of regulations on making them follow the 12 month/12,000 mile warrranty, they did pretty much as they pleased. The mechanic I mentioned above performed the warranty clutch replacement at 7 days after delivery!

BTW, there is one black hemi R/T-SE automatic accounted for in the records.

It really is like a "Jeanie in a bottle" thing. Everytime I go to a show, no matter where it is, whenever I pop the trunk to get my paperwork out to set up, when I turn around there he is, standing there. Ooooh, scary! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Sam...sounds like you have your hands full http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Bike week, did someone mention bike week? Ahhhh...run, run as fast as you can! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Actually...AZ Bike week is March 31st-April 9th (yes more than a week http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif). I've got a crapload of rides to run and displays to set up...if I don't go crazy before then.

This weekend is the International Sportsman's Expo, next weekend is Big Boys and their Toys, the weekend after that is the Lake Pleasant on the Water Boat show...and directly following that is the infamous AZ Bike Week hell! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Glad to see that you are at least checking in, Sam! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
