I can't keep 'em all, so I'm selling my '67 Z28 Rally Sport. It's an unrestored car that needs restored and looks good at first glance. Red, black vinyl top, black std. interior. No PS or gauges. Upholstery and door panels are excellent original. One old, cruddy repaint of a rusty car. Original trans and rear. Engine is old, terrible restamp. Real car that runs (poorly) and drives.
Very complete car that has almost all of the tough to find 67 Z parts including carb, master cylinder, DF wheels (and orig 4-clip trim rings!). I believe all of this is original to this car.
$45k firm.

Kim,
That will be a very nice car. Congratulations on your purchase. I saw Dave's remark that it has a Chevelle steering wheel in it but I believe that is the N30 deluxe wheel that was avaliable on any Camaro. I bought a white one from the original owner which had that wheel in it.

Jon: You're right! It is the N30 Deluxe Wheel. Here was my confusion (and it is wrong in a number of books). The standard wheel came in ALL Camaros except those with Deluxe interior. The Deluxe INTERIOR received a special wheel with the chrome spoke "covers". This special wheel was not an RPO and could not be ordered. The only way you got it was automatically with the Deluxe interior. Most contemporary sources erroneously list the Deluxe interior wheel as the N30 Deluxe Wheel! The N30 Deluxe Wheel, as you state, was available on any Camaro at a cost of $4.00 in the case of a Deluxe interior Camaro, $7 in the case of any other. This is the same wheel as the N30 Chevelle except with a different center cap.
OK, Kim: Let's see N30=vary rare wheel, $7 in 2007 collector car dollars (hmmmmmm, carry the 3, multipy by 2.32....) - that's $1240.56 more that the car is worth. Just bring some BB parts to make up for it...... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif

Thanks James. I'm going after it this weekend. I have wanted a 67z for along time. It's going to sit next to 65L-79 Chevelle. Both cars I have wanted for years now I'm happy. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif

Real car guys don't let the worst ice storm in a decade stop their pursuit. How many times have you seen a tree fall next to you when picking up a car, Kim?

Funny you said something about the tree falling !!! That was the second tree I have watched fall. Last summer I watched this tree fall in my yard. Note my enclosed trailer it has my 65 chevelle in it I just got home with!!! I was more worried going down your drive. I was on my brakes solid and had the trailer brakes locked I slidded all the way down your drive!!! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Dave, The car is tucked away in the garage safe & sound. That was a bad ice storm. I'm getting too old for that kind of driving anymore. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
