Find this is like finding a "Needle in a Hay Stack"
I`m in need of an original "Blue" color.... 1969 300 Deluxe rubber mat flooring. I would even be happy with one out of 300 Deluxe 4-door sedan.
Thanks....sYc

Yes, very tough to find these original full-length mats. If someone has one in black and that color won't work for Dan, I am also in need of one for my 70 Chevelle 300. I believe that one from any base model 68-72 Chevelle will work.

Dan , Rainer , don't give up!! I found one last winter on ebay for my Black 69 L78 300 deluxe 2 dr post, it was green but I'm in the process of dying it black in the next few weeks I'll send you some pics when I get it done, but apparently it's not that hard.Also the vinyl/rubber is in extremely good condition , very flexible,not worn out anywhere,I was really happy with it.

Are you guys looking for the front full width GM mat or the rubber flooring that replaced the carpet. If it is just the full length mat how far off would a 68 impala one be.Your not talking the delux with the white bowtie correct. Also would 69 truck work.
I know I still have a black impala and a 69 tan truck, maybe a blue 69 truck one.
let me know

This would be the rubber flooring that replaces the carpeting.

I bought a repro mat set a few years ago for our car. It's more a plastic than pliable rubber. The fit wasn't very good but will have to do for now. I've never come across any original 300 Deluxe stuff.

Now I see why you said needle in a hay stack. And when we think back they were so common at least down here. Also the first to be crushed unfortunately because they were so plain.
Have a mint one out of a 30,000 mile car Call me at 302-420-4743 Jim

Now I`m getting a little greedy.
Now that I have located a "Blue" mat...I`m also in need of a "Green" or "Black" original rubber mat.
Thanks....sYc.

Dammit! Chad and http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/stupid.gif just looked at one this weekend in a junk yard. It was cold, windy, the owner was a jerk and I forgot all about the pad! It was there but I am pretty sure it was likely not salvageable. The front door panels were missing but not the rears though they were junk AND green.

Rick,
Well...get your butt back to the junk yard and double check http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif...perhaps the rear section is salvagable...or viseversa.
