Thanks for the compliments, I had a great time cleaning it up and discovering different parts of it's history, it was a learning experience as far as dealing with original finishes and trying not destroy or alter the original integrity of the car.
The car belongs to a very good friend of mine, it is his first muscle car and it is really just too valuable and too significant to be able to enjoy, drag race, and cruise around in. He would like to see it go to someone as part of a collection who would appreciate the car for how it is, imperfections and all.
The runs in the door jambs, runs in the paint on the lower rear valence, grind marks at the lead seams on the A pillars just are not replicated on restorations today. I really like seeing the unrestored cars, they are what they are... very hard to duplicate...

He would like to have a L78 Camaro maybe one that is non matching or something like that to play around with... drag race etc.

Thanks again for the compliments, I have a few people who want me to do some work on their cars now that they have seen this one, maybe I've got a new job http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif we'll see what project I take on next???
