I think they are just behind. The same thing happened when I renewed. Rob/Tom took care if it as soon as I sent them a note.

Welp, I hate to pass the buck, but...there's a bug in the software so every once in a while it randomly does that, to some unsuspecting member...makes me wanna pull my hair out!
