Hi Guys,

I bought a used edelbrock cross ram X-G86 years ago,it's for a square port BB chevy.
just wondering if any one knows anything about these,rare/valuable...or just something cool to hang on the shop wall?

Thanks
Tom

It looks like the one on my wifes car, I think there were two models but don't hold me to that. I'm not sure of the differences, but when I asked a manifold guy at the swap meet he asked me which one and ran off two numbers. Last time I was looking they were going for $450.-$800. on ebay. The manifold guy at Englishtown wanted $750.

Didn't someone from here have one on eBay close to a year ago too?. I seem to recall it was a BB item mistakenly labeled SB...could've been the other way around too?. It was something in his 'other items' when we were all looking at the main thing...an original Motion Hood perhaps? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif.

Not sure if it's the same one, but Motion put a cross ram on a '68 Phase III 427 Chevelle one time. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headbang.gif

Thanks Guys,

I messed up on the model #...it's really X-C96.
I was going off what the number looked like in the photos. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
after googleing the correct #'s,I still didn't find very much info, but I did find an old ebay auction where one went for $500 bucks.
so,between that and what mudjnky said...looks like it might be worth more than just a couple bucks any way!

...thanks again for the info Guys http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/youguysrock.gif
