From reading the description I think "she" know a little more about the parts than she admits to. How many of your wives would know to look for part and casting numbers?

I agree - looks like some guy using his wife's/girlfriend's account to sell some gearhead stuff http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

That's because it's his dust, not hers! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Actually, later this year you will be seeing a lot of my
big block 69 parts on "the bay". I'm facing the exact
same situation and I will be forced to give half my prize
collection to the beast ( err. soon to be ex-wife http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif ).
I'm quite sure she would use the exact same tact in selling
my stuff. Marriage started out so nice, but ended up so unfair http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

And now you guys ask me why I keep driving 40 miles one way to MOMS to get parts. Nothing at my place and anything left at MOMS after 22 years is my brothers. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I watched a good friend go through this three times. He went from a collection of some real rare muscle cars to driving a old S10. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

The mirror does not have the 1970 window to mirror attachments.

I especially like the original wheel caps for a 70-1/2.

How about for a 1978. I wouldn't buy double bubble chewing gum from this person.

"On May-20-07 at 21:04:59 PDT, seller added the following information:
Also, please do not offer me an amount to purchase this item and stop the bidding. This is Ebay and this is how things work on Ebay. You may only bid on this item to win it. Plus, your sucking up my email space :-)"

I'm confused whats wrong with the lid on the air cleaner?? Its the right diameter and is the correct low profile that was also used on the 427 style. I would love to know the difference.

Now I'm really confused after seeing this mirror You posted I just had to check the 2 100% original F-bodies that I have here, funny they have the same mount as the auction picture. Now I need some other input from some others about this. I really have never seen anything like the picture you posted!

The glass square mount slide in and locked with a allen key was not used on the 70. I don't remember when todays's style on windows started. If I was to guess, I'd say '73.
Unless the breather is on the wrong angle to see, it looks like the centre section in indented rather than raised. Plus the PVC pipe and flame arrestor are missing.
