You are bidding on one of the MOST immaculate duplicate Thunderbolt clone's ever built. This car comes with correct 427 sideoiler engine ( built to Thunderbolt specs) and engine parts which were very rare and hard to find, The correct parts were sought out to make this one of the nicest recreations you could ever imagine. It has the correct 4 speed transmission, correct Franklin rearend , ladder bars and correct Thunderbolt suspension. It comes equipped with racing slicks and the correct narrow front tires mounted to correct torque thrust wheels. It is a radio and heater delete car with the correct radio delete face plate. It has a brand new interior with the correct Thunderbolt seats. It also has very rare fiberglass front fenders, fiberglass teardrop hood and fiberglass trunklid. This is a frame off restored car that can be driven on the street or strip (110 octane gas due to high compression). The fit and finish along with paint and chrome are second to none. The trunk and undercarriage are so clean you could eat off of the floorboards. The painstaking restoration was done slowly to insure that the correct and rare parts were found which took time to assemble. The battery is mounted in the trunk. The most recent price guides indicate that a car of this caliber in excellent condition (reference cars of particular interest guide) listed at $312,500.00. The parts alone on this car were well over $100,000.00. No expense was spared to insure that if this car were judged alongside of a real Thunderbolt that even a professional could not argue it's near real look. Any questions call Kevin, 336 215 0876, or [email protected] . The only changes to the engine that weren't on the Thunderbolt were 600 Holey carburetors instead of Holley 750's to make the car more streetable. This car hooks up and fly's!Item # 260134812151, $95,000.00 OBO
