NOT from the leaders to the people!"

I got that too.
It's hard to believe that our country has changed so much since 1969 that those words would have little if any meaning to the average American today. In those days tax paid elected tyrants were referred to as public servants. Now who is serving who?

Bobby,
I don't know how you feel about Bill Cosby, but he is another
comedian who always takes the high road with his humor.
No curse words and still funny stuff - go figure http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif

I also happen to like Bill Cosby a lot also.I remember when he played some show as a secret agent, was a tennis player on the show and his partners name was ILLEA KIREAKEN or something like that! Don't recall the name of the show right off hand.I have a lot of respect for comedians that can make you laugh without using bad words.Don't get me wrong I am no SAINT BY ANYMEANS and I use bad words a lot more than I should.I just like Comedians that can entertain and not use them in every sentenance or especially the "N" word!I was watching CAT WILLIAMS on HBO and I bet during that show he used the "N" word over 100 times during that show.He was somewhat funny and I have to be honest I did laugh. But I would rather see Red Skelton,Bill Cosby,Bob Hope,Don Rickles,Tim Conway,Don Knotts,Lucille Ball,Carol Burnett and others like them that can make you laugh without using those type of words. That is REAL TALENT! Red Skelton just happens to be my ALLTIME FAVORITE.

You're confusing I SPY with MAN FROM UNCLE. Cosby's partner in I SPY was Robert Culp. The Illya Kuryaken character was from THE MAN FROM UNCLE. The main guys in it were Napolian Solo (Robert Vaughn) and Illya Kuryakin (Robert MCCallum). http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/scholar.gif
