It looks like it says Dick Garrell instead of Harrell.

So you were at the KC Super Chevy this weekend? I was in there on Friday with some guys getting ready to do the nostagia meet in October. I mentioned that I had seen that car on the web and he replied that he had asked 'That Website' to please remove the picture.
