Here are three NHRA rule books in varying condition. The 1964 edition is in the best shape. No noteworthy damage or flaws, except for some handwritten notes on one page. The 1965 edition has pen/pencil marks on a dozen or so pages, and there are some water stains on the first few pages. The 1967 edition looks like it got wet at some point, and is wrinkled and stained. A few pages have notes, and the last page has a tear in it.
The 1964 and 1965 editions are stamped on the cover with the address of Radke Auto Parts, a local parts house that is still in business today.
