Grossman is still in business. They moved to Burnsville MN. There are no records from the old Lake Street store. All the 69 Yenkos sold there are found. There is a missing Gobi deuce. Stolen and never recovered from the original owner. Earl

My last 3 trucks (new) and last 5 cars (used) have come from there if that helps.... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif
Several of us cleaned that place out in the early 80's when North American Super Sports held their first National show there. I became friends with the parts manager and he let me buy anything that had been in his inventory for over 10 years at cost. I had a swap space set up at the show and we sold everything he had left that day. Had I only known.

i had spoken with someone who used to work at grossman once and he spoke of a dealer trade in once that was a 69 corvette. he said it had come from Yenko. i was young and dont quite recall the details. i'm guessing most likely it was just a yenko sold corvette and not a Yenko Corvette.

I talked to a gentleman @ Grossman that said he likely sold our '71 Y-Vega...

I also have purchased a few trucks from there. I was speaking to one of the owners about a year ago,he was about 85,i was standing in the parts dept and he came in and said "has no one helped you yet" and i said no. He then pounded his fist on the counter and got the parts guys attention. I proceeded to tell him about Yenko cars and the website and that they sold a bunch of them and he said "why would you want one of those old things" Funny guy,When i went in a few months ago to buy my last truck i heard he had passed away.
