Was there such thing as a dealer installed cowl induction air cleaner option on Nova's. This ad shows one just currious?

that doesn't look like a cowl induction hood!

He might be referring to an over the counter Cowl Plenum.

If you hit the "see all 12 pics" tab in his ad you will see that it does indeed hava a GM cowl plenum setup on the motor

Dealer installed would not technically be an option. More like a dealer add on.. Looks pretty well done, but I'd need a dealer invoice before I said I'd believe it. It is kinda cool.

I believe this is DENIFINATELY a dealer add on.. I don't know of any Novas that ever came out of the factory with this option.. Very nice car though!! Love the automatic column shift....
