Why do people restore a car with the incorrect color according to the build sheet because people would have to have it painted all over again to make it right.

Cause there not to bright ! Changing color http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif can only hurt the value of a nice car like this, with Doc's. And IMO eleminates alot of potential buyers.
Does it really make that much differance that a not modified car was delievered to Yenko Chevrolet ? Just curious.

I was wondering that also about the car coming from Yenko Chevy. Does it change the value at all. I would not think so but not sure?

"The LS5 motor is correct for this 1970 chevelle, but not VIN correct to this car, I want to be clear because some people try to make things sound as if they are numbers matching when they are not ."

I applaud the seller for being clear in this area and not speaking lawyereeze! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

can't see the logic behind the color change either http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

I'd say his reserve is at least twice the top bid of $35g
