I have an unrestored 1100837 Alternator for sale. It looks totally unmolested as shown. There are some pry marks from belt tensioning on the part number and surrounding area as shown. All original components. Perfect for a survivor type car or restoration. $800.

8L27 is November 27th, 1968. This alternator is correct for 69 Camaro, Chevelles, Novas and Passenger cars with the 396/375HP L78 and 427/425HP L72(COPO) engines. It is also correct for the 69 Z/28.

I'm holding the alternator for 427King until I hear back from him. Another record response time by the King! I hadn't even posted all the pictures by the time he responded. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Yep, its the same alternator. I priced it for a quick(apparantly real quick) since I will be out of town. Sorry Dan, the alternator has been paid for and is sold.

Why would you even think of posting this up? Have some courtesy. Who cares where the man got his parts from. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif

Who should really care. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/scholar.gif
This is America, not communist Russia. Seems like there were multiple buyers at the sellers price, and he was not (I assume by the buyers) misrepresenting the item.
As long as the buyer and seller are happy, it's none of our business.

I really don't think that was a negative statement myself. The ebay auction ended on the 17th and it has been received by the buyer allready for better pics and ready for resale. Whats wrong? It was a quick turnaround from seller to buyer ... Seller on ebay could have taken about 6 weeks or so to send it out.....

Hey Jason, Don't let Chuckie buy any more of your parts. He has enough parts of his own. Besides, he is melting all these old alternators and distributors down and sellin them for scrap. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif killin the market ahhh I mean cornering the market! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Sam how did you know? I told Jason to destroy the Alternator after he received payment,so there will be one less in circulation . And you thought that was only done with OJ and BBonds memorabilia http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
