A neighbor of mine is retired GM...and he knows that I like car stuff...so he clued me in when they were having a garage sale this morning. He doesn't want any of this stuff any more...so he told me that I could have this...so I bought him lunch http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I don't know if it's worth anything...but it will be fun to read. He told me once he finds some of the other stuff he has packed away in boxes...it's mine, too!

Check it out...

I have seen a copy of that before and it contains some really interesting memos from the head honchos at GM directing the different makes on the future at GM. Some pretty cool and interesting stuff. I have not seen one of these in MANY years and certainly not in this mint condition. I would imagine it is worth a whole bunch of lunches, like a month straight. Great find!

------I think I would rather see that particular book well worn with lots of greasy fingerprints on it than mint and untouched, but a good find, nonetheless........Bill S

Hmmm...could be! I will have to hook up the scanner and post a few more pages. It's actually pretty cool. It explains about the different divisions and who is resposible for engineering and lead design for parts production...among a thousand other things....
