Is this a Canadian built or U.S built car? My Oshawa built 69 Pontiac paperwork (protect-o plate card/warranty book and owners manual) all say "Printed in Canada"

I have a original ( junkyard car) 1970 protecto book. On the back it says LITHO IN U.S.A. part number 3970672. The car was sold on 12/13/69. At Harold Chevrolet Bloomington MN. 164690J153924. Earl

Thanks for your reply,I wonder if the 1969 and newer had the LITHO IN USA and the 1968 and earlier had the PRINTED IN USA . May someone with a 68 POP will reply.

One quick question. I found the trim sheet under the rear seat and it's dated 4/28/71 and the car was sold ten days later? Was this common? How long did it take them to get the interior in the car and out the door? Not familiar with the production process. It just raised a brow because my other Nova was built in December of 69 and it sat at Ammon R. Smith for almost 5 months.

Do many of your guys POPs have the serial # of the car punched out along one of the top edges of the booklet?
I think the punched serial #'s may have been a '68 only practice. I've never seen it on '69 and later, or on any '67's.
