Hello,

Really enjoy the site. Been a dedicated bystander for a while and a full fledged member for a short time now. I have been in the sport for a while now and have a stable of 70 Chevelle’s including 2 that are currently being concourse restored by Chris White.

I am now looking for a 69 COPO Camaro, Documented, low miles, 4 speed, with born in drive train if possible. Would consider a dated matched motor in a car with strong history/paperwork. No specific color because I know that would limit the population. Car can be survivor, project, or completely restored. Very aware of the market
Price for such a car.

Would be cash deal or possible trade/cash with one following cars:

1) 1969 Z28 Coupe, Frost Green JL8 - Numbers Match, Highly documented(POP, 2 Broadcast sheets, Window sticker, Dealer Invoice plus more) Real JL8 , survivor type, however, paint job is weak
2) 1970 Chevelle L34, TH400 Convertible, Red – Numbers Match, Highly documented(3 plus build sheets)
3) 1970 Chevelle LS5, TH400 Coupe, Bowtie Black – Numbers Match, Highly documented(3 build sheets, POP, Window Sticker, Dealer Invoice plus more)
4) 1970 Chevelle LS5, M22 Coupe, Red – Numbers Match Engine and rear end, Replacement date matched M22, 1 build sheet

Call, e-mail, or PM me if you would like to discuss. Thanks SYC

I plan to be there. I am not sure if my Red Car will be done by then or not. That was the original target

Not looking to outright sell unless I find the COPO !!!

Since you sold me the car I found 2 build sheets - 1 under the front bench and 1 under the rear seat. Both were there plain as day and in perfect condition. So there is 3 build sheets, POP, Window sticker, Original Invoice, all the original loan documents, and finally the original NC title. Doesn't get any better than that for documentation.

Serbigblock had that scuncio doc'd car foe sale recently for 130,000.00? That would be a nice car to own. Came with aluminum heads in the trunk (sponsorship / Bob Johnson) and has drag history. If I had the resources for more cars, I'd be all over that one.

Hey Stefano,

Talked to a buddy of yours tonight and sent him some photos on the JL8 Z28, he mentioned you might be interested. Still looking for the COPO as you can see. I guessed I missed the Holy Grail of COPO cars(Azure Blue) that sold last week while I was out of town.
