Scott, It sounds like it might be an inspector's card with problems noted to be corrected in the repair area. It would be nice to see a photo of it. Which assembly plant was it?

-----Scott,,,Cant help on the card but maybe you can help me. I am in need of interior parts to replace some that I lost from my 65 Chevelle wagon (double DUH!!!!). Some of the stuff is the same as 4-doors and some wagon unique. Do you know of any 64/67 Chevelles being parted???........Bill S

Yup, that's a final inspection ticket, and the stickers that went on the inside of the windshield when each category was bought-off at the end of the line or after roll-test. There were usually four stickers - "M" for Mechanical, "P" for Paint, "B" for Body, and "RT" for Roll-Test. It was the job of one of the inspectors on the Shipping Line to remove the stickers and the inspection ticket before the car was handed-off to the carrier at the end of the line. Each sticker normally had an inspector's ID punch through it to identify the inspector who gave that category its final OK.

It's interesting that the inspection ticket is the same one used back in '61, depicted by the '61 Chevy 4dr Sedan outlined.

BTW, nice to see you here again John. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif
