This 1969 Chevelle SS convertible was sold new at Baston Chevrolet in St Cloud MN. When it was ordered new by Norman Rudnisky he must have had some drag racing in mind. He ordered it with the 396 375 H.P. engine, M-22 and 4:10 posi. Some other options are: Soft ray, strato buckets, power top, console, sport striping, special suspension, sport styled wheel, special instrumentation and am radio. It has 68k original miles, the interior is still all original down to its carpet. It is documented with the P.O.P., shipper sheet and many service records by the original owner. The engine dropped a valve in 1970 and had the short block and one head changed under warranty alt, dist, carb pulleys radiator and fan are the original to the car. Transnission and rear end are also the original number matching ones. The shifter is aftermarket but I do have the original one also. There were some added options power steering, tilt, bumper gaurds and am fm radio. 115k trades considered. John 630 333-8333

Nothing cooler than a night time cruise down the highway in that car. I remember it well. Someone's going to end up with a beauty. Good luck John.

Definetly one of my all time favorite Chevelles. Some more pics for our viewing pleasure....I would have gladly posted a dozen more pictures of John`s Chevelle....but I wouldn`t want anyone thinking I`m a little wacked over this Chevelle http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Steff... I'd like nothing better than to see a local guy buy this car so we'll still see it around in the area. Since my funds are not what it would take to buy this beautiful piece of Chevy muscle, nothing would make me happier than to see you end up with it. If you do....you have to bring it to Lombard once in a while!!!

Thanks guys for the great comments, Darren that was one great night to be cruising if I remember right we were on our way home from Barab and Arnolds and it was perfect conv weather. Randy it may be one of the rarest since I bought the car in 1993 I have searched and have not seen another documented L78 M22 4:10 69 conv does anybody else know of one? Hey Dan, you amaze me you have a picture for all occasions you have better pictures of my car than I have.Hey Darren look at the bright side we can be cruising the HO RS SS ZL1 again this summer.

Wow,

Pinacle Chevelle, it has all the factors required to sell for your asking price. Docs, condition, history, vert, L78, M22, etc, etc.

Best of luck.
