Within an old Motion Performance Catalog is some material that some might find interesting? Hopefully this has not been previously posted?

Back in these days, we didn't have the internet option or plastic money. Come to think of it, UPS, Fed X, and others were not even an option?

Anyone know where that Phase III GT Corvette from the catalog got to; I am pretty certain that it's the one I saw at Motion Performance when I visited as a kid.

A lot can be learned by looking back at some of the published material in the day?? Sometimes, what seemed irrevalent in the day, is now interesting history, which takes us back to memories from our younger days.

I saw the Hone Overdrive on the list for the Chevy Nova. What does that look like?? I have heard of the term, but have never seen one of these units. Did they work?

Looked, but couldn't find a picture of the Hone-O-Drive, but am thinking that Tom C. may have one, or at least had? If he still has, maybe he could picture it for us?

My thinking was that there would be a picure in the Motion catalogs, but couldn't find any?

Thanks Verne & Dennis for the pictures and references on former posts. Just one question on these units? From what I understand reading the former posts, there were actually 2 different kinds? I understand those which mounted on the back of the transmission, but how would those that had to have universal joints mount to line up with the rest of the driveline and be stable unless there be modifications? Though, I remember the availability, I don't ever remember actually seeing one of these in use?

Ray,
that Hone OD unit was mounted on it's own cross member similar to a aftermarket 4 speed trans cross member.
The Hone OD shifter was mounted on the pass side of the trans tunnel inside the car.
