It might not mean anything, but the vette is listed as a "Baldwin Motion" and the camaro as a "Motion" and is not documented. Certainly the owner must have tried to get Joel to document the car, so that should raise a red flag that it is not docmented. The paint scheme on the Camaro is a later version used on 1970+ cars. If the Camaro is an original L-78 car and is shown by NICB to have been shipped to Baldwin Chev., then it might be worth taking a risk on buying as undocumented if the price is right. Because Motion sold so many parts through the catalog or over the counter, without original paperwork and/or an authentication letter from Joel it becomes a more risky purchase. For most collectors there is a large difference in value between a Motion modded car sold new through Baldwin Chev. and a car modded later in its life either at the Motion shop or though parts added by the owner. It does look pretty convincing with all the correct vintage parts. Certainly worth investigating.

The cowl tag appears to be missing on the Camaro...

the vette was briefly discussed here (http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/278564/page/2/fpart/1/vc/1) after sold to CT owner. I belive it is covered in another thread when it was for sale in NJ. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif
