Each licensed Yenko Continuation Series is complete with a custom owner's packet including a certificate of authenticity... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif

They have an ad for this in this months (March) Hemmings Classic Car.
It says "This is a true licensed and authentic continuation car."
If the #1 car has a buy it now price of $140k - does this mean the other continuation cars will be cheaper? If so this seems like a deal for an all brand new car!
Does this mean the Camaro body is a licensed continuation car, or the YENKO/SC is licensed?
If so who licensed this to be copied?

...since these cars are new and tributes I think they should be priced like the Yenko's were when new...like $3K-$4K...isn't that fair?...

------Please dont shoot the messenger here but this car was on display at B/J. The fella talked a good line and the car appeared very nice. I was with Gary Holub at the time and we talked about both the car and the licensing for quite awhile. I cant remember at this moment the fellas name in California that he said has the rights to the name. If that part is true then I believe, right or wrong, that the guy we talked to is more than likely legally licensed.........Bill S

I think Jeff Leonard at Classic Industries has the Yenko trademark and has licensed this company. They actually did a nice job on the car I saw at SEMA.

Still, it is not being built at Yenko, or a COPO car.

The market will set the price just as it has on other nice Tribute Cars.

For 140K, someone could have clicked on spell check in it's description. It does appear to be a rather nice ride though. The only problem I have is the foreign metal stamping that this car surely must have. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif
