I just traded for a 67 Camaro drag car that we will use this year. I wish I could go back in time and stop the guy from cutting it up since it was an original Z 28. Oh well, it still will be a fun car!

Question, will this car qualify for SCR?

You may want to send the VIN and TT info to Jerry McNeish... he is the keeper of the 67 Z registry...

Jerry, just converted a 67 Z Drag car back to Original style. Go to his website and see the process!

We did the heavy metal work last year on that car here at my shop. There were around 130 holes in the firewall alone that had to be welded up. Thats not counting where they cut the cowl cheeks off and some of the firewall for the flip up glass front end. So the car on this post looks like a piece of cake to bring back.

Chris:

Probably not, but you can bring it over to my shop and we'll beat on it like you stole it. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gifEd
