On a serious note I really did almost get tagged this week, photoradar van was parked just prior to my house. Limit is 35 there, was going 50, rural area, 915pm or so have never seen them out there much after it gets dark. I stopped did a u-turn drove around the block. Photoradar vans are only so useful, if you are paying attention you can defeat them, unlike a cop in a squad car. I shouldn't have been going that fast but I feel photoradar is more of a revenue generating machine. Photoradar is proliferating out here in the valley, coming to a neighborhood near you in the future.
