This aluminum foil tag w instructions came from a 1960 nos radiator.It very well may fit alot of corvette radiators from 60 to 62 or better I found it in the bottom of the box,radiator long gone. It would glue down and straighten out fine it wasnt glkued very well maybe thats why it was in the box and not on the radiator. was purchase in 1970 from local chevy dealer. not a repro sticker...25.00 postage paid paypal ok
