This is a pair of New Old Stock 15x7 4-3/4" GM bolt pattern, American Racing 200-S "Daisy" wheels. They are as new as you will ever find them. They have never been mounted, manhandled, valve stemmed, or touched the ground in anger in any way. I removed them from the boxes for the first time when I found them last year. I found them in an old speed shop attic last year before they renovated the building. They had been there since at least 1973.

Here are the links to the original archeological find:

Here are some photos of the two wheels. As you can see, the original machining marks are there and the mounting hub is untouched, as is the valve stem holes. The early style metal backed center hubs are also included. (Only one of them was in its own separate carboard box.)

These are as new as you will ever find them.

I have never seen another NOS pair up GM bolt pattern 15x7s for sale, ever.

$1500 for the pair.

(The money is going for a good cause: the T/A body/paint fund)

------I put a set of Daisies exactly like that on an absolutely loaded white/blue 1972 TA that I bought in 73 from Bill Knafel. It was supposedly his wifes demo but I always wondered about that story as it was a 4-speed. The wheels did look very nice. I had some clearance problems with the H's on the rear but back then we didnt care like we do today.......Bill S

There is a 71 T/A around here with the Daisey's on it... my dad put a pair of 1/4's on the car about 25 years ago...

The wheels are sold, pending receipt of overnighted payment.

Look for them on a non-ferrous metal-engined F-body soon. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Thank you to all who inquired. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Stefano, since your mailbox is always full, I guess you have to franchise out into other people's in-box capacity now. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Fire away!

While I can't compete with the NOS set of wheels, American still makes them NNS and we have them available.

Thanks!

They may still make them, but they dont make the same version with the rough cast center and polished outer rim. Am I wrong? The only new ones I've seen have a painted or polished center. Can you post a close up photo of one?

No they are not the same. Yes, similar and still have the look for drivers and those who can't find NOS. I'll take some pics later.

Original is the way to go. Have a set or two of those as well but not for sale.

Just wanted to let members know that the look is still available. Call 630-377-1222 for size availabliity and pricing.

I dont know why the dont make the rough cast center version. It's easier to make (no grinding and polishing) and would look original for the retro guys.
