Wouldn't that front end be for a Manta Ray due to the fact that it lacks provisions for the chrome bumper and appears to have a '73-'74 bumper molded in.

It does look different then the 69-72 but hard to say from those pictures. Hood looks different also.

Motion sold those kits for many years so there may well have been some changes.
