I'm in the need to rent a truck to pull an enclosed trailer with a car inside.
Where would one go to rent a truck with the correct tow capacity to do the job?

You probably could call Home Depot or Lowes and ask them. I think Lowe's rental division is called Sunbelt and they'd probably have something for you.

It's gonna be local...if it's what I think it is...
Home Depot would cost a fortune as they rent by the hour.
Enterprise...Hertz...or "Bill Edel" http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif would be your best bet!!!

I have a show in CA im taking the non converted car to on June 1. I have the enclosed trailer lined up and need the truck.
Hertz truck rental was very difficult to deal with - they now need a commercial business to rent to with an application for credit you have to fill out and , and , and....
I found a place called CAPPS locally here in AZ...they rent trucks, 1/2 and 3/4 ton type.
Most places are not so crazy about using it to pull a large trailer.
Any other thoughts?
