Nice happy little P-B-T marks. Ugh.

The color is nice, though. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nobody recognizes the guy sitting the chair? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif I could almost figure out the owner via the happy marks on the car. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/scholar.gif

The guy in the chair looks familiar? I think I have seen him at Barrett-Jackson? Are his initials GH? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I agree...really neat garage! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headbang.gif

There has been discussion about the louvers on Stevesnovasite. If I remember correctly there are two different part nbrs for them. One for painted, one chrome. I've had nos painted ones that came with a factory primer. Rarely do you see them in chrome, but with the correct trim package, I think they are correct. I don't know that they are correct for this car. I'd bet they should be painted.
Yes, that would be GH. Yes his place is very nice. This might be a new building. And that could be a box of ho hos he's looking into. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Was the comfort grip wheel an option on a SS Nova at any time in 1970?

I know of a couple of Deuces sporting ComfortGrips.

Not knowing if they are original or not,our 70 has chrome gills on it.I think that it looks ok the way it is. I think it would be to close of a match to have them silver http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif.Just my opinion.

No. The fancy wheel (w/ finger grooves) option was not available on the Novas to my knowledge - and the Comfort Grip wheel (no finger grooves) was actually only available on the Buick GSX. Some Deuces got them via a Yenko installation option.

Is this the same Nova that sold at Barrett-Jackson for $50,000 in January? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

The rim of the GSX/Yenko wheel is also much thicker too.

Yes. A friend of mine saw the car. I have not. He thought it looked pretty nice. FWIW. The gentleman in the picture is Gary Holub I believe.

Gary likes his cars 'his way', hence the oft used term 'Holubized'! I first heard the term via a judge at VF many years ago http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/scholar.gif
