LAPD Car Show

We attended the Los Angeles Police Department car and motorcycle show Saturday held at the Hanson Dam recreation center here in Southern California. Besides the wide variety of muscle and customs they had Police cars and motorcycles on display and plenty of action including a Fire department rescue demonstration using the Hurst tool, parachutists, fly byes, good food and music. The weather was in the low eighties with a slight breeze and we parked in the shade, everybody was great and we had an enjoyable day.

Hi Bruce! As a matter of fact Mark and the guy with the Hugger car, his name is also Mark, both won trophies. Chris, That guy drove right past us into the parking area and the way that thing sounded (Incredibly Nasty) I'm sure it arrived there on a trailer. And that exhaust reminded me of the Purple Horrine days, just not under the car. Extremely obnoxious...Perfect.
