I have seen a few very nice sets on eBay around the $800-$1100 range. I wonder what it costs to have these things restored?

[/ QUOTE ] Other than the clips are there any visual differences? I know a guy that may have some. Sam

You need to watch EBay regularly...I just bought a set on there for 280 bucks...seller says on a 1-10 scale they are all 8's...keep watching and you will find them there!

What is he charging for a fully restored set?
I have been watching eBay and keep missing the auctions. How can I get in touch with the Bowla guy??

Rick Miller is the guy that restores them in Utah. I think he charges about 80-100 each to restore. Doug

Tommy,
Rick's long time phone number when he lived in San Diego was 619-279-7425. It's a little late here or I would try it myself. Rick usually goes to the Pomona swap meet which is this Sunday. If I see him there I will get his new number in Utah.
