Hello there, ndnbob here. I have a 1970 Camaro 427 with 4:88 gears. I need a Hone-O badly. Anyone out there have one for sale? [email protected] or call 405-219-6697 Bob Jones, thanks http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

I got my Hone-O-Drive!!!! Boy am I happy now. I can now go 50 mph at a reasonable rpm. My engine will last a lot longer. Could some one please tell me the math to figure out what my new rearend ratio would be? I have 4:88.1 What would it be in overdrive? Thanks, peace out. ndnbob COPO Z

just take the gear ratio of the overdrive and multiply it by your 4.88 rear...ie...if I'm understanding your question and the gearing on the hone is 0.7 then it would be 0.7 * 4.88 = 3.42...
